What’s up?
10 minutes of a Squat Thruster+Hand to Hand Snatch.
There is no rest during this workout. The Kettlebell can rest in the rack (shoulder) or overhead position.

Why this?
This exercise when done with a lighter weight builds great work and lung capacity.
The deep, repetitive Squat Thrusters are excellent for lower body mobility and upper body stability.
The Hand to Hand Snatch builds dexterity, impulse loading, and deceleration without impact.
This exercise is a gentle fight. It requires different attributes to respond to the varying speed of the Kettlebell through changing planes of motion.
You’ll breathe hard, yet there’s enough “wiggle room” due to the single Kettlebell loading that you can “rest” under the load.
