Shushi No Kon is a more common name for this very old and well-known staff form. It is also known as Shuji No Kon, or even Sushi No Kon. At some point in history it was lengthened and divided into a long form (Dai) and a short form (Sho), but the original kata is quite concise. It contains a variety of techniques and is said to be one of the most difficult bo forms to master. Modified for performance.
