Kali ni sana nak buat kek gula hangus ada juga yang panggil kek sarang semut, kebetulan nak balik kampung,mak memang suka sangat kek ni,maka terhasillah untuk dibawa kekampung untuk ibu tersayang.. #iloveumymom

Bahan2 gula hangus:

1 cwn gula pasir
1 cwn air panas
3 s/b butter @ marjerin

Cara2nya:
Cairkan gula dgn api sederhana besar
Bila gula dh cair,masukkan air panas sedikit demi sedikit,kacau perlahan2 sehingga gula dan air sebati,tutup api
Masukkan butter,kacau rata,ketepikan
x perlu tggu betul2 sejuk,semasa adunan masih suam2 kuku,boleh terus di campur dengan adunan tepung

Bahan2 untuk kek:


4 biji telur ( saya guna gred A)
3/4 cwn susu pekat ( suka manis letak 1 cwn )
1 s/k esen vanilla
1 cwn tepung gandum
1 s/b soda bikarbonat

Pukul telur dengan whisk sekadar kuning telur pecah ( pukul manja2 je)
Masukkan susu pekat dan esen vanila kacau lagi bagi sebati
Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum,soda bikarbonat,kacau rata
Akhir sekali tuang gula hangus tadi,kacau lagi tapis dan tuang ke dalam loyang 6×6 inci yang telah di sapu dengan sedikit minyak ( saya alas dengan baking paper )
Bakar selama 40 minit atau sehingga kek masak sempurna,suhu 170°-180°C ( ikut suhu oven masing2 ya )( sebelum proses membakar,oven hendaklah d panaskan terlebih dahulu selama 10-15 minit )

Burnt sugar ingredients:

1 cwn granulated sugar
1 cwn hot water
3 b/w butter @ margarine

The way:
Melt the sugar over medium-high heat
When the sugar has melted, add hot water little by little, stirring slowly until the sugar and water are mixed, turn off the heat
Add butter, stir well, set aside
x need to wait for it to cool down, while the mixture is still lukewarm, it can be mixed with the flour mixture

Ingredients for the cake:


4 eggs (I use grade A)
3/4 cwn condensed milk (if you like it sweet, add 1 cwn)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

Beat the eggs with a whisk just until the yolks are broken (just beat them)
Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix again
Then add wheat flour, bicarbonate soda, stir well
Finally pour in the burnt sugar, stir again, strain and pour into a 6×6 inch pan that has been brushed with a little oil (I lined it with baking paper) Bake for 40 minutes or until the cake is cooked perfectly, temperature 170°-180°C (follow the oven temperature) (before the baking process, the oven should be preheated for 10-15 minutes)
