Here is the red sauce pasta recipe for you that turns out exactly like the one that we get in restaurants. This is a real quick and simple recipe. It turns out nice, juicy, cheesy and yummy. You can make this pasta for your kids who will just love it. We will be making pasta sauce too. Try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 6 Tomatoes
• Chopped Beetroot
• 7~8 Garlic cloves
• A little Water
• 2~3 tsp Olive oil
• Finely chopped Onion
• 1 tsp grated Garlic
• 1 tsp Mixed herbs
• 1 tsp Black pepper powder
• 1 tsp Chili flakes
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 1~2 tsp Butter (Optional)
• 4 cups Water
• Salt
• 2 cups Penne pasta
• Mozzarella cheese

Method:
• Make few slits to tomatoes and transfer them into a cooker pot.
• Add beetroot, garlic, water and cook on medium heat until just 1 whistle.
• Let everything cool down completely.
• Peel one tomato and chop it.
• Transfer all other cooked ingredients into a blender jar and blend into puree.
• Heat up olive oil on medium heat in a pan and add onion, garlic.
• You can use butter or any other oil in place of olive oil.
• Fry everything together for about 4-5 minutes.
• Add crushed tomato, tomato puree, mixed herbs, black pepper powder, chili flakes, sugar,
salt.
• Cover and cook everything well together for at least 7-8 minutes.
• Remove the lid and mix well.
• Add butter and mix well.
• Adding butter is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Pasta sauce is ready.
• For cooking pasta heat up water in a pan and add salt.
• Add penne pasta and boil until it is cooked well.
• Transfer the cooked pasta directly into the pasta sauce and mix well.
• Cook everything together for about 5-6 minutes.
• Add mozzarella cheese and mix well.
• You can use processed cheese too.
• Red sauce pasta is all ready.
• You can have it as it is or with garlic bread.
