咸蛋黄炒虾
14~15条 明虾 - 14~15条 medium-sized prawns
少许椒盐 - dash of salt and pepper
两汤匙 木薯粉 - 2 tbsp tapioca flour
一小块 生姜 - 1 small pcs Ginger
少许蒜米 - dash of garlic
一条 红辣椒 - 1 red chili
一条 青辣椒 - 1 green chili
四粒咸蛋黄 - 4 salted egg yolk
5汤匙 油 - 5 tbsp Oil
少许 葱 - dash of green onion
少许 鱼露 - dash of fish sauce
2 汤匙 花雕酒 - 2 tbsp Huadiao wine
