材料 A: Ingredients A:
500克 明虾 - 500g medium-sized prawns
半茶匙 盐 - ½ tsp salt
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper

材料 B: Ingredients B:
三粒咸蛋黃 - 3 salted egg yolk
2条(青色) 小辣椒 - 2(blue) bird's eye chili (chili padi)
2条(红色) 小辣椒 - 2(Red) bird's eye chili (chili padi)
4串 咖喱叶 - 4 skewers Curry Leaf
50克 牛油 50g butter
两汤匙 蒜末 - 2 tbsp minced garlic
少许 糖 - dash of sugar
半茶匙 盐 - ½ tsp salt
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
4汤匙 奶油( 可以不放) - 4 tbsp cream (can leave)
半碗油 - ½ bowl of oil

Bahan A:
500g udang
1/2 sudu teh garam
Bahan B:
3 kuning telur masin
2 (hijau) lada kecil (chili padi)
2 (merah) lada kecil (chili padi)
4 lidi daun kari
50g mentega
2 sudu besar bawang putih kisar
secubit gula
1/2 sudu teh garam
secubit lada
4 sudu besar ksusu cair/ fresh milk( pilihan)
setengah mangkuk minyak
