I Photographed The Stunning LAKE BLED in Slovenia!

In this video I take you around the majestic lake Bled in beautiful Slovenia. Lake Bled was always on my to do list as a photographer and boy oh boy it was a treat to shoot this amazing location! The lake is situated in North-West Slovenia and I got there about 3 h before sunset. The lake is situated in the mountains, in the Julian Alps so true sunset photography is out of the question. The best time to shoot the lake is after sunset, dusk and blue hour. I used my 10 stop ND filter to get some fine art looking long exposures. A plus at shooting at blue hour at lake Bled is that the lights around the lake come on and you can shoot some mesmerizing images with the lake and the various architecture surrounding the lake. The two most prominent buildings are the church on Bled Island and Bled Castle that sits atop a cliff, towering 130 m above the lake. This is truly a fairy-tale location and there is no way you're going to get bad photos from this place! I am super happy with mine and for sure I'll go back to Bled in the future!
