In this example, the right rib is tilted downward, which automatically causes it to rotate forward. As an equal and opposite reaction, when the right foot comes off of the ground, the right hip goes up and back. 🫠

Over time, this position can cause compression of the joints in the lower right quadrant of the spine, QL tightness, and bulging of the discs and muscle weakness on the lower left side.

How do you address it? It’s actually pretty simple, you get your body aligned by reversing the imbalances and strengthening in that position. Easy Peasy! 🤝
