This is one of Samoa's favorite delicacy's that is very easy to make. While Samoa was in lockdown for a month early 2022, the family had quality time on catching up with some unfinished projects like gardening, repainting and of course the much needed time to go back to make one of Samoa's favorite jam, the Siamu Popo. This delicacy has only two ingredients and very easy to make. Just sugar and fresh coconut milk.
