MAZEDAR SUJI KA HALWA RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Semolina 250 gm
Clarified butter 250 gm
Sugar 250 gm
Water 500 gm
Green cardamom 6
Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp
Saffron soaked in milk ½ tsp
Rose water 2 tbsp

METHOD :
Heat ghee, add green cardamom, and fry suji well till light golden about 10 mins, add in sugar, and hot water, stirring continuously till water dries, cover and keep it on dum for 5 mins, lastly add rose water, serve garnished with almonds and pistachio.

LAZEEZ MURGH KOFTAY RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Chicken mince (chopperised )½ kg
Green chilies ground 4
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion raw grounded 1
Bread slice 1
Egg 1
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Gravy
Oil ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Cumin crushed 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Brown onion ground 4 tbsp
Saffron ¼ tsp mixed with kewra 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

METHOD :
Grind all the ingredients for kofta in the chopper, mix with mince, yogurt egg, and bread slice, make into balls, and keep aside. Heat oil, add ginger garlic with ¼ cup water, add all the seasonings for gravy, fry well, add yogurt and brown onion, add koftas, let it simmer on low flame, remove and sprinkle coriander leaves, allspice, saffron, kewra, serve with kulchas.
