कोबीचं थालीपीठ बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप पोहे
• ८~९ लसूण पाकळ्या
• ३~४ हिरव्या मिरच्या
• १/४ चमचा ओवा
• १/२ चमचा जिरं
• १ १/२ कप किसलेला कोबी
• १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १/२ चमचा हळद
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/४ कप ज्वारीचं पीठ
• पाणी
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• तेल

Kobi or cabbage is loved only in Chinese recipes. If you make sabzi, then very few people like it. But if you make kobiche thalipeeth I can assure you that everyone will like it. It turns out nice and crispy. This can be a good option for breakfast, lunch or lunch box too. It can be made from the ingredients easily available in your pantry. Ingredients:
• 1 cup Pohe / Flattened rice
• 8~9 Garlic cloves
• 3~4 Green chilies
• 1/4 tsp Ajwain / Carom seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 1/2 cup grated Cabbage
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup Jawar flour
• Water
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Finely chopped Onion
• Oil

Method:
• Wash pohe really good 2-3 times with water and soak them in a little water.
• Take garlic cloves, green chilies, ajwain, cumin seeds in a blender jar and blend it into coarse
paste.
• You can add coriander leaves if you want.
• Vatan or masala is ready.
• Wash and grate the cabbage.
• You can chop the cabbage finely if you want.
• Mash the soaked pohe really good and add vatan, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric
powder, salt.
• Mix everything well together and add jawar flour.
• Mix well and add water and mix well.
• Add cabbage, coriander leaves, onion water and mix well.
• The consistency of batter should be a little thick than dosa batter.
• Spread oil on the pan.
• Add batter and spread it evenly.
• Cover and cook for about 2 minutes.
• Remove the lid and cook until the lower side gets nice golden color.
• Flip over carefully and cook well from other side too.
• When the thalipeeth is cooked well from both sides take it off into a dish.
• Kobiche thalipeeth is all ready.
• You can have it as it is or with green chili thecha or chutney.
Tips:
• If the thalipeeth breaks while making, add a little jawar flour.
