Welcome to another video of Wednesday series. All of us want our body to be in great shape, and this yoga tutorial is all about it. It focusses on your core, legs and stretching your hamstrings.

The sequence is designed in such a way that practitioner from all levels can follow this. Everyone can use this to shape up the fat prone areas of one's body.

For beginners this sequence will be good enough for initial few weeks, whereas regular practitioners can double the duration/holding time/reps of each posture in the flow .
