So many kundalini yoga kriyas are great for balancing the brain chemistry, and this one - Working the Command Post Area - is no different. It's a fun 30 minute kundalini kriya that focuses a lot on balancing and clarifying the body and mind. When we are clear in our body and mind, we are more easily able to access a higher perspective in our life... which brings us closer to who we REALLY are!

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury and honour any areas of stiffness or tightness. If you feel dizzy, take a few moments out to rest. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
