How to Play Subtones on the Saxophone

This tutorial explores the wonderfully expressive effect of playing subtones on the saxophone. The technique is demonstrated on both tenor and alto saxophones using some all time classic melodies to highlight the creative potential of adding this effect into a player's palette of available tone colours.
