Triple Tonguing for the Saxophone

This tutorial takes a vocalization approach to the challenge of multiple tonguing technique on the saxophone.

A simple four note exercise is used to demonstrate the most appropriate times and reasons where triple tonguing becomes an essential playing technique to have under your control.

One of the biggest instrumental saxophone hits of all time is also used to highlight the difference between single and triple tonguing and how multiple tonguing techniques can make difficult passages much easier to play.
