Steatocystoma Multiplex Removal Buttock

My patient came to us after seeing one of our videos on YouTube.
He has a skin condition which caused him to get multiple cysts
under his skin. Steatocystoma Multiplex, his problem areas were localized to
his chest, back and Buttocks. . This resulted in him always choosing to wear
clothes to cover up the affected areas as he was very self conscious of the bumpy appearance.
We have limited options for successful treatment with medications therefore our
best way fprward was surgical intervention. He may have had about 100 of theses cysts ranging in size on average 1cm or so. We broke the areas up in to sections and he came in over a period of time to have each section treated...

Treatment minimally invasive removal under local anesthesia...

Procedure took about 45min form start to finish
Well tolerated, minimal bleeding,was able to
return to work in the AM, stay tune for follow up...
