There's a lot of different versions here so just to explain what's going on

Marluxia's first theme is Graceful Assassin, when you fight him on floor 13. This includes a section from Another Side, KH1FM's secret ending music. It's actually the first boss theme to do so because The 13th Struggle in Chain of Memories didn't have the bridge part (added in KH2) There's the original COM version, the ReCOM in-game version and then a slightly remastered/updated one for the soundtrack. A few tracks got this treatment such as Revenge of Chaos and Sinister Sundown.

Scythe of Petals is the original final boss theme of Chain of Memories. This is played for Marluxia riding the "Specter" nobody and only has two versions - the in-game one is included in the OST with no changes. I never thought much of this track in the past but listening to it now, I do quite like it. Especially the last part. I feel like it influenced Lord of the Castle somewhat.

Then we have Lord of the Castle, which does not exist in the original Chain of Memories. It was created for the new final boss in Re:CoM. Despite this it has the most versions here. In-game and OST, like with Graceful Assassin. And then the track was remastered again for 1.5, as one of the few ReCoM/Days tracks to be done. Finally there's KH3 Re Mind's orchestral version arranged by Sachiko Miyano, the same arranger as L'Eminenza Oscura I for Ansem. You can hear the similar approach here, including an extended section after the usual ending. Strangely enough I like the original in-game version's intro best, and the Re:COM OST for the rest of the song.

Obviously Marluxia's boss fights in KH2 use The 13th Reflection but that's already included in my 13th Dilemma/Reflection video.

Marluxia has quite a strong musical showing overall despite only being particularly important for one game. Though, with his links to the past he may gain more relevance again going forward. Who knows, maybe we'll even get a new Scythe of Petals. Probably not.
