In my previous vlog you might have seen that I was struggling for getting Russian Visa & I already visited Russia Embassy for the first time & the visa for which I have applied is the Transit Visa which is valid for 10days . The main problem was I forgot my password for my application number so I don’t know how to proceed further for .

This new vlog starts from the area near to Russia Embassy & me sitting at the Bus stand & thinking what to do & where to go , meanwhile I sent the message to the host Mr. Ikramjan from Tashkent where I stayed before as well when I just visited Uzbekistan from Kazakhstan . I asked him that can I stay at his house for day or two as I am about to leave the country & going to UAE ( Abu Dhabi ) . He said ‘ Okay ‘ , I was happy to be welcomed at his house once again .

I navigated the location & find the buses to go Qibray , Uzbekistan where my host’s house is located . Two buses would lead me at my destination. In the second bus while sitting few of the fellow passengers around me were laughing around and kidding with me , asking for the girl near to me get married to me . Uzbekistan is very hospitable country & being an Indian , you will feel very loved by people . People of Uzbekistan are greatly influenced by an Indians .

After reaching my host’s house I ate lunch there & after a bit rest I was called up by my host Mr. Ikramjan asked me to roam around the town in their car . Our first stop was there house which was being constructed. Recently Mr. Ikramjan leaves in a rented house & i am staying with his parents at their house. The price of Land in Qibray , Uzbekistan is not so high . It’s 10000 dollars for 100m2 land i.e 1076 square feet of Area or close to 120 gaj .

While travelling in Kazakhstan & now even in Uzbekistan I see many people use the shiny teeth in their mouth . I always wonder if that golden teeth would be made up of brass ( yellow metal ) but Mr. Ikramjan confirmed me about that the metal is none other but our important metal i.e Gold . I was surprised to hear this thing that people use teeth made up of Gold & not of ceramic as because Ceramic is more expensive then Gold , hence you will see Gold teeth in many people jaws not even in Uzbekistan but also in the Kazakhstan.

Mr. Ikramjan also told that Uzbekistan is 2nd or 3rd number in the list of Gold Exports which is pretty a big number. So what are you thinking about guys , come & buy cheaper Gold from Uzbekistan then India . Our dear Host also building separate rooms for the Couchsurfers , such a community loving person he is .

As weather gets very Hot in Uzbekistan it can goes till 50 or 55 degree Celsius in summer & goes till minus 45 in Winter . The month of February is very cold in Uzbekistan. After visiting the construction site of Mr. Ikramjan family decided to show me up the wedding ceremony of Uzbeks, even I was excited to see if it’s possible . After visiting two banquets we found no any marriages or functions happening in , so later we came to Host’s House , Ikramjan Bhaijaan also asked me to take rest & sleep early as he see my tired & sleepless face .


Next day Morning , I started my day early after laundering my clothes I reached to Russia Embassy with a hope of getting transit Visa & I didn’t got any proper positive response from them & I don’t have further time to come again to Russia Embassy . The Officer sitting at Reception just after entering Embassy don’t understand English last time when I visited there he told me to come Tommorrow & after visiting again Officer just handed over me a form after hearing that i came for getting Visa and I came out of Embassy , I don’t understand how to make an officer understand my story . Outside Embassy I find a Russian lady who understands English, I asked her for a help , shared my story and we went Embassy together again and asked her to translate everything to an Officer in Russian language. Conclusively , officer told to her that application related to visa can only be entertained on Wednesday & Friday . So what can be done my hope to get Russian transit visa from Uzbekistan was finished .


Mr. Ikramjan was already having plan to visit City & we decided to meet in a University nearby where he also decided to meet a professor through couchsurfing . And from there we all decided to go to Chorsu Bazaar which is very important & big Bazaar of Central Asia . If you are travelling to Uzbekistan then visit to Chorsu Bazaar is must . Chorsu Bazaar is very well connected with the Chorsu Metro Station.

Then moving on we visited few handicrafts which is close to Chorsu Bazaar, you can also go there to buy some souvenir. Host also let’s us see the old city of Tashkent and also Hazrati Imam Complex which includes Mausoleum , Mosque & Museum. At last Mr. Ikramjan and me went to famous restaurant where we had tasty snacks . Registration is important to take safe exit from Uzbekistan, even for one day you can proceeds .
