The origami is a good weapon. The C1,C2 and C3 will summon more origami by your side (they are different for each charge attack and stack) to help you (like shooting fireball) and can be consumed to empower your C4, C5 and C6.
About Oichi, her first unique charge is the C2. Nothing special to say, but you will use it a lot to summon her origami. Her second unique charge is at the end of her C6 where she explodes that giant lightning ball.
Oichi's unique skill is maybe too simple. She just sent some origami in front of her which launch a water attack.
