Saifa Bunkai: Basic to Advanced for Goju Ryu

We are starting weekly online karate classes from the 3rd of August 2024: email [email protected] to get added to the sign-up list. Saifa is usually the third kata in the syllabus, sometimes referred to as the first classical kata in the Goju Ryu syllabus. We look at the basic bunkai, then move into the more advanced versions. Ideal for those who have started learning Saifa bunkai, as well as those looking to expand their understanding.
