Growing up I so loved the caramel flavored topping in the little jar. Well now you can have your Nice Cream and eat it too! This is also great on waffles in place of maple syrup.

VANILLA CARAMEL SAUCE

8 ounces of pitted dates (Bahri recommended)
8 ounces of unsweetened plant milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (or more to taste)

Soak dates until soft. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy. Add more non-dairy milk if you'd like it thinner. Pour into a squeeze bottle and refrigerate.
