Quiet Cove Oil Painting

Lots of different techniques going on here, but in the end it all somewhat came together. The glazing at the bottom to give the impression of underwater rocks was fun, I didn't get it completely right, but it's good enough to get the effect. I used all my standard colors here; titanium white, lamp black, ultramarine blue, phthalo blue, burnt umber, and cadmium orange, but to get the greens I added sap green and lemon yellow to the mix. Painted on a 15x30 deep edge canvas.
