This video shows how i prepare my Torta saBohol that surely your kids love too for thier snacks. Torta sa Bohol is a Boholano delicacy that usually prepared during fiesta,where Boholanoes celebrate thier fiestas the whole month of May. Torta sa Bohol main ingredients is the pork oil without it we can still make the torta but we can not call it the classic Torta sa Bohol recipe.

Torta sa Bohol Ingredients
yield: 18 pcs large medium molder

2 cups margarine
3 cups fresh milk or evap milk (equivalent of 2 packets of 100g powder milk + 3 cups hot water)
3 cups white sugar
4-5 cups pork oil
10 cups cups all purpose flour
2.5 tbsp baking powder
12 pcs whole egg
vanilla optional
