Coach Myers is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and the head strength coach for the Ohio Regional Training Center at The Ohio State University. Thru his role at the RTC, Coach Myers helped OSU Wrestling win 3 Big10 and the schools first ever team NCAA Championship. Every 4 x All American in the history of OSU - Tommy Rowlands, Lance Palmer, Logan Stieber, Nathan Tomasello, Bo Jordan, Kyle Snyder, Myles Martin, and Kollin Moore - has trained with Coach Myers during some part or for their entire career. In addition, Coach Myers has trained numerous state and national champions at the youth and high school level. His facility, The Old School Gym, is a training destination for elite wrestlers of all ages from across the country.
Coach Myers is also a founding partner of the supplement company Max Effort Muscle. He has appeared on the cover of Natural Muscle Magazine (June 2016) and is a regular content contributor to Flowrestling and the Muscle & Strength website.
