I thought you might like a look at this really cool 1955 Aerotrain, built by GM. This is definitely one unique looking train. Two of these experimental trains were built and tested at the time. They were attempting to develop a train built with new lightweight construction processes and a low center of gravity. They didn't exactly turn out as well as they had hoped, the trains proved to be very noisy at speed. I hope you find it interesting...thanks for watching!
