2- Ngoni Tutorial -Lamban (Djeliya), Mandigo, beginner level

Introduction workshop to kamelengoni with a classical Mandeng song, really mellow and easy for beginners. Some explanations about the Griots, the details of the basic rhythm and the song by Ina Kone recorded by Alex Wielemans in Bamako.

 Recorded in Bamako in 2017 with the family of N'faly Kanoute, griots and very good friends of mine. It was basically a jam so I didn't had the video, I just edit different images that I made on different travels in Mali.  All those are part of the process of my studies and instruments crafting.

This was a lot of emotions and good memories for me to come back to these images. I wrote the lyrics phonetically (french phonetic, just listen the singing if you have a doubt), thanks to Bibby Samake for the translation.
