This just became my new go to recipe whenever I’m not feeling well, chicken and dumpling soup!

I’ll be honest, I had never tried chicken and dumplings because I thought the dumplings would be nasty but after trying them, I love them!

Here’s how I made it:
Sautéed carrots, celery, and onions until soft
Added garlic + my favorite seasonings
Poured in chicken broth and a can of cream of cheddar soup (instead of cream of chicken — trust me, so good)
Used Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (without the cheese, just the seasoning) for dumplings
Added peas, shredded chicken, and a splash of heavy cream
Let it simmer until the dumplings were fluffy and cooked through

The result: rich, cozy, veggie packed soup that’s perfect for sick days, cold nights, or whenever you need a bowl of comfort.
