Gouache Time Lapse Painting | "Mélisande"

This is a time lapse recording of a gouache painting I completed over the course of a few hours. It measures 7.5" x 7.5" with an image area of 5.5" x 5.5".

I decided it was time to try a time lapse video using a new video capture and lighting setup that I've got in my studio. I'm hoping to kick one of these out every couple weeks just to share my process. In the future, I'll try to do some voiceover to talk through my thinking and decisions.

• Prismacolor Premier water-soluble colored pencils
• 140lb cold press watercolor paper
• Cheap Princeton Art & Brush Co. brushes
