These are normally seem in Malaysia and Singapore.
We normally wrap with ingredients to our own personal liking.

Ingredients (10~12pcs 18cm)
360ml~380ml water
200g plain flour
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/3 tsp salt
