200g Brown Sugar 传统黑糖
260g Plain Flour 普通中筋面粉
140g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
¼ tsp Salt 盐
4g Instant Yeast 即溶酵母
100ml Coconut Milk 椰奶
Sesame Seeds (optional )炒香芝麻(可不加)

*1 tbsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
* 2 tbsp Water 水

【 For Skin 芋头皮料 】
600g Taro 芋头
100g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
100ml Hot Water 沸水
½ tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
½ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tsp Salt 盐
1 tbsp Sugar 糖
1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
70g Lard 猪油
