Lake District Walks | Stock Ghyll Force Waterfall Walk

This low level 2.5 mile loop from Ambleside to Stock Ghyll Force Waterfall is a great family-friendly walk. Boasting wide open views and the impressive 70ft falls that has inspired poets throughout the ages, it is one not to be missed.

I walked this route in May 2021 and was a little knackered after a big day out in the hills. However, I didn't want to miss out on sharing this lovely little hike with you, so pushed on and let nature do the talking. Enjoy!
