Schindler 3300 MRL Traction Elevator at 1912 Avenue Road, North York ON

(Filmed on July 18, 2024). This is the elevator at 1912 Avenue Road here in North York ON. I pass by the place many times especially since I live close by there. I discovered this place would have Schindler 3300 based on what I saw through the windows. This is a newer Schindler 3300 MRL Traction Elevator from the very early 2020s with FI GS fixtures. The chimes in this elevator are very loud. It does look brand new but was installed in around 2020. It runs kind of slow for five floors but still runs nice. The cabs are pretty dark and nothing too fancy. The chimes are definitely in working condition. Unfortunately, it doesn’t talk but I’ve heard some of the newer ones do.
