C = Control (this line appears every time)
T = Test (this line appears only when the test is positive)

So, One Line means a Negative test result and Two Lines means a Positive test result.

Pregnancy test should be done about 7 days after missing the period date. Positive test comes because of increased HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) level. This hormone level increases in blood and urine after pregnancy. Hence, a blood test or a urine test can performed to know whether pregnancy has occurred or not.

Blood test is expensive and cannot be done at home. However, urine test is inexpensive and can be easily done at home as shown in the video.

For urine pregnancy test, it is better to collect urine sample early in the morning (first urination in the morning). Test can be performed even several hours later after collection of urine sample.
