Ex-COMELEC chief Bautista, kinasuhan sa US dahil sa umano’y bribery at money laundering

Kinasuhan na ng US federal grand jury sa Florida ang dating chairman ng Commission on Elections na si Andres Bautista at dalawang kinatawan ng Smartmatic.

Kaugnay ito ng umano’y pagtanggap ng suhol ni Bautista mula sa kumpanya na nag-supply ng vote counting machines at service provider sa 2016 elections sa Pilipinas.
