The C-section, or Cesarean section, is a common and often life-saving surgical procedure that involves delivering a baby through incisions in the abdomen and uterus. What most people don’t realize, however, is how extensive the trauma is to the core system.
Most people think once the scar has healed, recovery is done. But that’s only the beginning.
