Make ahead breakfasts for your freezer

I want to make nice breakfasts for the hubby but there is not always a lot of time to do that. So, I set out to make some of his favorite breakfasts and freeze them so he could have one each day of the week. This way, he can choose what he wants each morning, without the hassle of getting up and rushing to be sure he gets breakfast and out the door on time.
