The world gives us troubles of many kinds: disasters and calamities, spiraling down economies and skyrocketing bills, debilitating diseases and incurable illnesses—all of which leave us anxious, afraid, and distressed. Good thing God does not give as the world gives, for in Him we find peace—the kind of peace that makes us whole, that binds our splintered thoughts and broken hearts together. What a comforting hope!
