PoE 3.19 - Crafting Double Elevated Elusive Onslaught Tailwind Boots - 2022 Edition

I haven't crafted Elusive Onslaught Tailwind Boots in ages, but today I decided to do one of my most hated crafts again because Zizka wanted these boots and I craft for our group so I had no choice :( In PoE 3.19 Lake of Kalandra, crafting Onslaught Elusive Tailwind boots uses the same method as it always has, but of course now we have the possibility of bricking the item if prefixes fill when we reforge crit :(
