PoE 3.19 - Crafting 63% Cold Conversion Gloves

In PoE 3.19 Lake of Kalandra, we have seen many negative changes to crafting, but one big plus is that Harvest fractures are cheaper than ever. In previous leagues, these were borderline unaffordable for the majority of players, but now, for just about 3 divines, you have a 1 in 4 shot of fracturing a desired modifier. In today's video, I'll be crafting 60% physical to cold conversion gloves for my BV Elementalist Build.
