Nemam finu sliku ovog kruha jer ga odmah pojedemo 🤭
Za 4 kruhića vam treba:
700 g brašna
1 mala žl šećera
1,5 mala žl soli
1 vr instant kvasca
400 ml mlake vode
2 žl maslinova ulja
Sve sastojke ubacite u mikser i zamijesite tijesto. Ovisno od brašna možda će vam trebati još 1-2 žl vode. Tijesto mora formirati finu kuglu i odvajati se od stranica posude. Pokrijte i ostavite na toplome 1 sat da naraste.
Pouljite radnu površinu, istresite tijesto i oblikujte 4 loptice. Stavite ih na pobrašnjenu površinu i pokrijte još pola sata. Za to vrijeme zagrijte rernu na max i u široj posudi prokuhajte vodu do ključanja.
Ubacite tijesto u kipuću vodu na 1 min. Okrećite ga da sa svih strana bude “kuhano” izvadite na tepsiju obloženu pek papirom. Izgledati će smežurano i čudno ali to je normalno. Zarežite oštrim nožem ili škarama - pospite sjemenkama po izboru (sezam, kim, ćurokot, lan, mak, suncokret) i pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na max (250*) 10 min. Sa ventilatorom.
Zatim još 20 min na 200* - možete isključiti ventilator pred kraj ako vam je pećnica prejaka. Kruh je jako hrskav izvana i mekan i elastičan iznutra, savršen kao sendvič - pecivo.

Turn it so that it is "cooked" on all sides and take it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. It will look shriveled and weird, but that's normal. Cut with a sharp knife or scissors - sprinkle with seeds of your choice (sesame, cumin, turkey, flax, poppy, sunflower) and bake in an oven heated to max (250*) for 10 min. With fan. Then another 20 min at 200* - you can turn off the fan towards the end if your oven is too strong. The bread is very crispy on the outside and soft and elastic on the inside, perfect as a sandwich - pastry.
