Paratha is a very popular north Indian recipe. Today we are making chili garlic paratha using whole wheat flour. It turns out nice and yummy. We are following a little different method for stuffing cheese so that it spreads well all over the paratha and doesn’t turn put messy. The paratha turns out nice, crispy and crunchy. Kids are going to love it. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups whole Wheat flour
• Salt to taste
• Mixed herbs / Pizza seasoning
• Chili flakes
• Shredded Garlic
• Water
• Oil
• 1/2 cup Cheese
• Mixed herbs
• Chili flakes
• Garlic powder
• Black pepper powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Take wheat flour, salt, mixed herbs, chili flakes, garlic in a bowl and mix everything well
together.
• You can use maida in place of wheat flour and garlic powder in place if shredded garlic if you
want.
• Add a little water at a time and knead dough.
• Spread a little oil on the dough and knead it for about a minute.
• Cover and rest the dough for about 15-20 minutes.
• Take cheese, mixed herbs, chili flakes, garlic powder, black pepper powder, coriander leaves in
a bowl and mix everything well together.
• You can use fresh shredded garlic in place of garlic powder and different veggies if you want.
• Take the dough, add a little oil and knead it once more to make smooth and even.
• Take a small portion from the dough and make it smooth and even.
• Dip the dough ball in dry flour and roll it into a disc.
• Brush oil on it and fold into half. Again brush oil and fold it into quarter.
• Sprinkle some dry flour and roll it into triangular paratha.
• Heat up a skillet on medium heat and transfer the paratha on hot skillet.
• When bubbles begin to appear on upper side of the paratha, flip it over and roast it well from
other side.
• Brush a little oil on the upper side and flip paratha over.
• When paratha is almost roasted well from all sides, turn the gas on very low heat and open up
a layer of the paratha.
• Spread cheese stuffing on the paratha and close the it.
• Roast the paratha well on low heat.
• When cheese begins to melt, flip the paratha over and roast well from other side.
• Transfer the paratha off into a dish and cheese garlic paratha is all ready.
