Rigorous Shidokan Training | Knuckle Push-ups | Ageshio Japan

On Sunday, April 17th, 2022, Yoshiji Soeno sensei, founder of the World Karate Federation Shidokan, had a seminar at the Okinawa Karate Kaikan located in Tomigusuku City in Okinawa. Many Shidokan members and Karateka from Okinawa participated in this seminar.

What you see in this video is Knuckle Push-up training which is just part of what took place in the seminar. The training is very intense, and many who participated did very well to the end of it.
