UPPER BODY & ABS DUMBBELL WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
MUSCLES TARGETED: BICEPS, TRICEPS, SHOULDERS, BACK, CHEST, ABS, & OBLIQUES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5 - 9kg
- EXERCISE MAT

5 ROUNDS
REPEAT EACH ROUND TWO TIMES
WORK: 50 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS
