This is exactly what you need if you're sore, tight, achy, or even new to yoga. We move through this yoga sequence completely on the ground so that you can easily release tension and melt into each pose. A yoga stretch routine like this will help loosen the spine and open the hips without forcing your body into any uncomfortable postures. Try this routine with me after a long walk or hike, for a post-workout stretch, or if you've been sitting for long periods of time.
