3. S Course
Signal left, Mirror and Blind Spot Left (MBSL).
Enter course in Gear 2, use clutch control, no need to use accelerator (foot off accelerator but be ready to use foot brake if needed. Best is to use clutch to control all).
Align lorry with the entrance of S course.
Straighten and move forward until cannot see the kerb ahead.
Start turning right while moving.
Keep to the outer part of the S course (on the right when entering).
Move until centre of dashboard meter console is inline with the right side kerb.
Use the right side kerb and centre of dashboard meter console to guide steering wheel. Make sure they are inline.
Straighten when at the straight part of the S course.
Keep to the outer part of the S course (on the left when exiting).
Move forward until left corner of dashboard meter console is inline with the left side kerb.
Use the left side kerb and left corner of dashboard meter console to guide steering wheel. Make sure they are inline.
Stop before exiting from S course.
Make sure both lane clear plus no lorry turning in from traffic lights and doing parking.
Signal right, MBSR
Release clutch, move forward and straighten fast.
Move forward until half of the full lane. Turn right.

4. Crank course
Signal left, Mirror and Blind Spot Left (MBSL).
Enter course in Gear 2, use clutch control, no need to use accelerator (foot off accelerator but be ready to use foot brake if needed. Best is to use clutch to control all).
Move forward until shoulder PAST the kerb on the left. Then turn left, watch for left rear wheel to clear kerb on left.
Keep to right side when entering the crank course.
Move forward and straighten.
Move forward until shoulder PAST the kerb on the left (plus a bit more). Then turn left, watch for left rear wheel to clear kerb on left. (Note: You might feel the front of lorry is on the kerb but it is quite safe.
Move forward and straighten.
Keep to left side when exiting the crank course.
Move forward until shoulder is inline or just past the kerb on the right. Then turn right, watch for right rear wheel to clear kerb on right.
Move forward and straighten.
Stop at the stop line.
Signal left. MBSL.
Make sure both lanes clear.
Move forward until kerb on left clear then turn.
