For 10 servings
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (not too ripe)
100g oat flour (or blended oats for a gluten-free option)
4 eggs
Handful of raspberries or blueberries (frozen works well)
Vanilla essence
Cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a blender, mix the ripe bananas, eggs, oat flour, vanilla essence, and cinnamon until well combined. If you don't have a blender, simply mash the bananas with a fork and mix in the remaining ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
Transfer the mixture to a baking form. If you're not using a silicone form, line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Scatter the frozen raspberries or blueberries over the top of the batter, distributing them evenly.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until it turns golden brown.
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool before serving.
