Overhead Dumbbell Shoulder Press 5x10
Cable Chest Press 5x10
Lateral Dumbbell Raise's 5x10
Cable Front Chest Raises 5x10
Hanging Leg Raises 5x10

Pull Workout
Chest Supported y Raises 5x10
Dumbbell Rows 5x10
Lateral Dumbbell Raises 5x10
Bent Over Rows with rope attachment 5x10
Assisted Pull ups 5 sets AMRAP
Dumbbell Hammer Curls 5x10
