These hip mobility drills are designed to practice active mobility and strength in different hip positions. These exercises utilize the 90/90, four position, shinbone, variations. These hip mobility stretches will improve squat depth and position. These Hip mobility exercises are challenging and if you are a beginner... please take it slow and practice with caution.
