Spicy Fish Head Curry/Bengali Style Fish head curry/মাছের মুড়ো রান্না

Fish Head Curry is bit uncommon recipe but it is very common for Bengali's & South region of our country. It sounds unique but tastes really nice. There are many Bengali recipes of fish head but today I am preparing the spicy fish head curry with fried potato.

Fish Head Curry
Ingredients
1.1 & 1/2 kg of Catla Fish Head
2.1 large sized potato
3.2 large size onion chopped
4.1 large size tomato chopped
5.make a paste of 1 whole garlic,2 inches of ginger & 8 green chillies(adjustable)
6.4 bay leaves
7.1 tsp turmeric powder
8.1tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
9.1 tsp cumin powder
10.1 tsp coriander powder
11.1 tbsp fish curry masala powder
12.1 tsp garam masala powder
13.Salt as per taste
14.Mustard oil for cooking
