Every Daredevil Run - Reading Order & Starting Points

Описание к видео Every Daredevil Run - Reading Order & Starting Points

Sometimes a character is a big hit right out of the gate, sometimes it takes decades to finally get things right. So was the case with the Man Without Fear. Created to ride on the popularity of Spider-Man, he remained untapped potential for 16 years until he was reinvented by Frank Miller into the popular character he is today. Since then, he has enjoyed more great runs than the majority of Marvel characters, swinging between brooding and happy-go-lucky, but never dull. These are every Daredevil run since his first appearance.

The essential reading order goes as follows:

The Man Without Fear - by Frank Miller
Daredevil: Yellow - by Jeff Loeb (optional, but recommended)
Frank Miller's first run
Born Again - Miller's magnum opus
Elektra Assassin (read as a flashback)
Love and War - Graphic Novel
Ann Nocenti's run (optional, but recommended)
Elektra Lives Again - Graphic Novel
Guardian Devil - by Kevin Smith - v2's first arc
Brian Michael Bendis run - v2
Ed Brubaker's run - v2
Mark Waid's run - v3 & v4
Chip Zdarsky's run - v6 & v7

Top Ten ranks as follows:
